moving as art
A two part online workshop

with zebith thalden & michael molin-skelton

Saturday february 1st and 15th, at 9:00am-1:00pm (pacific time)

what if the effect from every inspired thought or action could be made visible. each offering sent out, received, or gifted could be seen like ripples on the surface of a water-body connecting us in every direction. to learn how we have enriched one another, have created change, and when authenticity is cherished. an alchemy for empowered inclusivity and creation. with each motion on the floor or applied to the page, both from the body and receiving within, a witnessing of the collective heart’s greatest inspiration, gifted and expressed, through motion and creativity.

an expansion into all that is celestial while gravitationally embraced, as the moon cycles and the sun’s light returns to earth. dive beneath into the depths, soar above, or visit the surface between air and water, where the stories meet. let the blank page and the dance floor become a love letter, journal entry, mission statement, or divination tool. see what ebbs and flows, to and from, at the water’s edge of your soul’s being and manifest the evolution.

by intersecting movement and art, we will encourage your deepest self to become visible in shape and color, gesture and symbol. this is a call to step onto the empty dance floor, unfurl onto the blank canvas and articulate the artistry of living muse in your every day.
