a conscious movement exploration and expansion of the landscapes of soul motion™. a deep container will be co-created through the use of facilitation and movement passages along with your willingness to participate and commit. a strong emphasis is placed on the use of ritual to heighten our awareness and alter our ways of moving; in our practice and in the world. we will use the platforms of soul motion to embody presence, cultivate circular awareness and become a source of inspiration.  we will dance alone, in communion, in community and into our every day dance journey from birth to death; the common ritual we call life.
