In our faster than the speed of light world, it’s a radical act to take time to quiet oneself and listen. Not to outer noise, but to inner guidance. This is a practice worth cultivating, no matter where you are, who you are, or what you do in this world.

These 3 four-hour sessions will be devoted to:

• Quieting

• Pausing to listen when busyness demands

• Listening below the noise

• Finding stillness in movement

• Sharing the same inquiry with people across the globe
