an Open Floor movement inquiry with anneli molin-skelton. through the practice of Open Floor we will unveil and discover our whole self. we will practice through movement and inquiry how to expand our awareness and our ability to be present in our body, while we keep our hearts open. we will rediscover how to fully inhabit our entire selves and unveil our own truth and authentic expression.
