Our daylong events this year are inspired by the work of Frank Ostaseski, co-founder of the Zen Hospice Project and author of The Five Invitations: Discovering What Death Can Teach Us About Living Fully. He shares wisdom gleaned from thousands of conversations with people at the end of their days. What naturally arises is a profound awareness of the preciousness of being alive, right now, wherever and however we are.
Join us as we offer two of these invitations on the Open Floor:
Don’t Wait – April 28th with Kathy Altman
Bring Your Whole Self to the Experience – July 14th with Michael Molin-Skelton
Using Open Floor conscious dance practice and other forms of inquiry, we’ll move and meditate together on living more fully through the ever-present light of our inevitable death. This alone can bring us close to our true nature.
$125/day or $200 for both
